About the company
Town Of Wellington is a U.S. township and local government entity located in Wisconsin. It has been registered in SAM.gov, the federal award system, since September 2018 to receive federal grants and contracts.
Through federal grant sub-awards from the Department of Military Affairs Wisconsin, Town Of Wellington has provided road construction and maintenance services. These have included projects numbered 86537 for road H, 88284 for chip and seal work, and 80540 for road 1. The descriptions suggest Town Of Wellington performs paving, resurfacing, and general road repair work funded by federal grants passed through from the Wisconsin state military department. While the exact programs are unclear, the grants appear aimed at improving transportation infrastructure, likely roads serving military facilities or other federal interests in the area. Town Of Wellington seems to act as a sub-recipient performing the actual construction work, while the state military agency administers the federal grant funding.
