About the company

Rivhab, PLLC (doing business as Rivhab Engineering Design) is an SBA-certified economically disadvantaged women-owned small business and 8(a) Program Participant based in Eagle, Idaho, competing as a prime contractor on federal construction and engineering projects under 8(a) Sole Source set-asides. The vendor operates as a Subchapter S corporation and is self-certified as a small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, and DOT-certified disadvantaged business enterprise.

Rivhab's federal footprint is early-stage and narrowly concentrated. The vendor holds two prime contracts with the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service Region 1: a $652,431 firm fixed-price contract awarded April 15, 2026 for McCall Fish Hatchery Visitor Experience Upgrades (8(a) Sole Source, completion October 31, 2026) and a $96,943 purchase order awarded September 4, 2025 for a fish ladder study at Big Canyon Satellite Facility in Wallowa, Oregon (8(a) Sole Source, completion March 12, 2026). Both awards fall under the architect and engineering / repair or alteration PSC space and commercial and institutional building construction NAICS category. Rivhab also appears as a sub-recipient on two grant sub-awards from the State of Idaho Department of Environmental Quality dated July 1, 2024 for the Loving Creek Fish Passage and Stream Restoration project, routed through the Environmental Protection Agency Region 10.

The vendor reports four federal awards across prime and sub positions (50% split) with combined potential value of $749 thousand, though obligated dollars reached $1.2 million. Activity is sparse — one award in 2025 and one in 2026 — with the McCall hatchery contract the only award maturing within the next twenty-four months and therefore subject to recompete. DOI Fish and Wildlife Service Region 1 and EPA Region 10 account for all documented federal customer relationships. Rivhab does not hold a seat on any named government-wide contract vehicle (GWAC, BPA, or agency-wide IDIQ) in the source data.
