About Keeping Alive Societies Hope

Keeping Alive Societies Hope Thomas Odhiambo Abol Division (KASH) is a non-governmental organization based in Kisumu, Kenya that works to improve health and human rights for marginalized groups. As a subgrantee to Family Health International, KASH provided services to enhance the effectiveness of HIV and AIDS programming for female sex workers and men who have sex with men in Kisumu County, strengthen crisis response capacity and address barriers to health services access and utilization. KASH also worked on projects funded by Family Health International to enhance peaceful co-existence, social and ethnic cohesion amongst communities living in Kisumu and bordering counties.
