Foundation Center For International Education

Foundation Center For International Education is a foreign organization based in Tbilisi, Georgia, registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with a current registration valid until July 10, 2025. Located at 10 Tamar Chovelidze St, the organization is structured as a foreign government foundation and primarily engages in educational and cultural exchange initiatives. While limited public information is available about the organization's comprehensive mission, its federal grant history suggests a strong focus on international educational partnerships, student exchange programs, and cross-cultural engagement in the Caucasus region.

The organization has consistently received federal grant awards from two primary U.S. federal agencies: the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs and the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Its grant awards predominantly support EducationUSA advising and outreach services, with specific projects including regional integration of universities, expanding universities' capacity to attract and host American students, and facilitating educational partnerships between Georgian and Azerbaijani institutions. Foundation Center For International Education has also been a sub-grant recipient of American Councils For International Education: ACTR/ACCELS, Inc., receiving multiple sub-awards to support EducationUSA advising centers. Their grant awards typically range from one to two years, with recent projects focusing on educational outreach, university partnerships, and international student exchange programs in the Caucasus region. The organization's work appears to be centered on building educational bridges and providing advisory services to support international academic collaboration.
