About Earthbalance Corporation
Earthbalance Corporation Headquarters Division, doing business as Earthbalance, is a self-certified small disadvantaged business that delivers invasive species treatment, habitat restoration, hazardous fuel reduction, and ecosystem consulting services to federal land management agencies as a prime contractor on 94% of its recent awards. The company is a 100% employee-owned Subchapter S corporation headquartered in North Port, Florida, competing predominantly full-and-open (no set-asides) on federal contracts worth $106.9 million in combined potential value across 103 prime awards.
Earthbalance's customer concentration is heavily weighted toward Department of Interior agencies. The Department of Interior Fish and Wildlife Service Region 4 accounts for 30 awards valued at $32.3 million combined potential value, while the National Park Service Southeast Region holds 26 awards worth $12.2 million. Together these two Interior entities represent 52% of award count and 42% of potential value. The Department of Agriculture Forest Service contributes meaningful secondary volume: the Forest Service Washington Office Acquisitions unit anchors the second-highest potential-value position with a single $50 million Land Management Integrated Resources Blanket Purchase Agreement (LMIR BPA) awarded October 29, 2025, running through March 6, 2033. The R8-Southern Region rounds out concentration with 13 awards valued at $4.4 million. The company serves 15 distinct customer agencies total, with the top five accounting for 77% of award count and 95% of potential value.
Earthbalance holds three significant parent vehicles: the $15 million Fish and Wildlife Service Invasive Species Treatment Services for Florida Region IDIQ (September 2, 2021 through September 30, 2026), a $6 million National Park Service Southeast Region multiple-award IDIQ for invasive and nuisance pest plant management (September 12, 2023 through September 11, 2028), and the $50 million Forest Service LMIR BPA. Recent delivery orders exemplify the scope: a $600,331 firm fixed-price order from Fish and Wildlife Service Region 4 dated April 27, 2026 for invasive plant treatments at Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge under the Florida Region IDIQ; a $475,826 order dated September 25, 2025 for herbicide treatment at Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge; and a $338,998 purchase order dated July 16, 2025 for native panhandle dune ecosystem plants supporting Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment restoration efforts in Alabama. A $289,615 order dated July 23, 2025 for invasive plant treatment at Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge demonstrates the company's task-order velocity on the Fish and Wildlife Service vehicle.
Category concentration tracks closely with customer concentration. Support Activities for Forestry (NAICS 561730) comprises 48 awards; Environmental Consulting Services (NAICS 541620) comprises 26 awards; Landscaping Services comprises 11 awards. PSC coding aligns: Other Environmental Services leads at 26 awards, followed by Environmental Systems Protection–Pesticides Support (22 awards) and Natural Resources/Conservation–Other (18 awards). Work performed spans Florida and southeastern national parks, refuges, and forests, with subordinate projects in Mississippi, Alabama, and other coastal states. Individual task orders range from approximately $12,950 to $600,331, with most falling between $75,000 and $350,000.
Activity showed growth from 2022 through 2024 (seven awards in 2022 to thirteen in 2023 to twelve in 2024) but has flattened in 2025 and 2026 (five awards in 2025, two through late April 2026). Only four awards with ultimate completion dates in the next twenty-four months face recompete exposure, totaling $1.5 million combined potential value—a modest recompete cliff. The company carries sub-award relationships with Weeks Marine, Inc., performing dredge quantity modifications and services work; six sub-awards total comprise 6% of the award portfolio. Earthbalance operates with $13.3 million in combined dollars obligated against its $106.9 million potential-value portfolio, reflecting the indefinite-delivery model and early-stage task-order execution across multiple vehicles.
