Comision De Intercambio Cultural, Educativo Y Cientifico Entre Espana Y LOS Estados Unidos De America-Programa Fulbright, known as Comision Fulbright, is a non-profit organization registered in SAM.gov that focuses on cultural, educational, and scientific exchanges between Spain and the United States. Established as a binational organization, Comision Fulbright facilitates international educational programs and collaborations, primarily working with the U.S. Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs to support cross-cultural understanding and educational initiatives.

The organization has consistently received federal grant awards to support various educational and cultural exchange programs. Recent grant awards demonstrate a focus on English language teaching, student exchanges, and educational programming. Specific projects include funding Fulbright English Teaching Assistants (ETAs) who support English language classes and shared values programming at American Spaces in Valencia, Barcelona, and Cuenca, as well as at the Madrid-based NGO Fundacion Secretariado Gitano. Another notable grant supported the Comunidad de Madrid Department of Education's Global Classrooms Program and funded international travel for ten high school students to participate in the UNA-USA Model UN Conference at UN Headquarters. These grants, all awarded by the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, typically range from short-term projects lasting a few months to annual programs, with award amounts supporting educational exchanges, language instruction, and international student experiences that promote cultural understanding between Spain and the United States.
