About Alliance Of Tribal Coalitions To End Violence

Alliance of Tribal Coalitions to End Violence (ATCEV) is a non-profit organization that provides training, education, and technical assistance to tribal communities and coalitions to address domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and sex trafficking.

Through a $500,000 cooperative agreement from the Department of Justice's Office on Violence Against Women, ATCEV will deliver training and technical assistance from 2022-2024 to existing and potential tribal coalitions under the OVW Technical Assistance Initiative. This award continues similar work performed under a previous $500K cooperative agreement. ATCEV has also received a $500,000 cooperative agreement directly from OVW to provide comprehensive training and technical assistance to tribal coalitions from 2019-2021.

Additionally, ATCEV has partnered as a subrecipient on projects to build capacity and provide support to Family Violence Prevention and Services Act formula grantees, partnering with the National Network to End Domestic Violence and National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center. ATCEV has also subcontracted with the National Criminal Justice Association to assist with listening sessions, best practices documents, webinars, and customized technical assistance for state domestic violence coalitions and state VOCA administrators.
