The Department of Education's Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) is seeking applicants for the Supporting Effective Educator Development (SEED) program under Assistance Listing Number 84.423A. Eligible applicants include non-501(c)(3) nonprofits, for-profit organizations, public and private higher education institutions, and other entities. The program has two absolute priorities: Supporting Effective Teachers (requiring moderate evidence) and Supporting Effective Principals/School Leaders (requiring promising evidence).
