The Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is offering additional funding allotments for Fiscal Year 2025 under the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. This grant opportunity aims to provide State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) with resources to administer the WOTC program, which offers tax credits to employers who hire individuals from targeted groups facing employment barriers. Applicants must submit an electronically signed SF-424 form through Grants.gov within 30 calendar days of the opportunity's posting on March 12, 2025. Quarterly financial and performance reports are mandatory for grantees. The total additional funding available is $4,253,398, with individual state allocations ranging from $8,284 for the U.S. Virgin Islands to $538,022 for California.
