The scope covers translation of educational documents primarily from English into Spanish, Traditional Chinese, and occasionally Farsi, Hmong, Simplified Chinese, Punjabi, Tagalog, Tigrinya, Vietnamese, Urdu, Korean, and Arabic. Bidders must provide proof of Commercial General Liability insurance ($1 million minimum) and Workers' Compensation insurance, translator certifications, and certifications regarding workers' compensation, civil rights compliance, and Darfur Contracting Act compliance. All bid costs must include labor, personnel, equipment, materials, shipping, travel, taxes, permits, licenses, and insurance.
