The scope comprises two primary work items: installation of helical ground anchors at the North and South wingwalls, and structural steel repairs at both wingwall locations. All structural steel must be hot-dip galvanized in accordance with AASHTO M232 and M111 standards. The contract is awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine contractor responsibility at the time of award. Funding is provided through Construction Funds with federal-aid highway designation.
