The scope encompasses exterior window washing, interior window washing for perimeter windows above 10 feet, vestibule cleaning, and skylights at police departments, fire stations, community centers, city hall buildings, and parking garages. All work must be performed using mop and squeegee. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and any equipment rentals at no additional cost to the City. An estimated 78 total cleaning visits are scheduled across all locations, with individual facility frequencies ranging from 2 to 12 cleanings depending on the site. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years of professional commercial window washing experience and provide documentation of at least three similar projects completed within the past two years involving buildings of at least three stories with appropriate equipment for elevated surface access. Pricing must include all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and mobilization costs. Bidders shall submit unit prices for each facility line item, hourly rates for regular and non-regular additional services, and a material markup percentage. The resulting agreement remains valid until $100,000 has been expended. Payment is made within 45 days of invoice receipt. Contractors must maintain commercial general liability insurance of at least $300,000 per occurrence, automobile liability insurance of at least $300,000 combined per accident, and worker's compensation insurance as required by Florida statute, with the City named as additional insured. Enrollment in the City's Computerized Maintenance Management System (Corrigo) is required at $5.00 per month or $5.00 per work order. Questions are due September 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Pre-bid site visits are strongly encouraged.
