The engineering services for this project are provided by Cedarville Engineering Group, LLC, and coordination with multiple utility providers including Aqua Pennsylvania, PECO Energy, and various telecommunications companies is required, indicating that bidders must be prepared to work within an existing utility infrastructure environment. The project specifications reference PennDOT Publication standards and construction details for all work elements.
