Selected firms may serve as Engineer of Record or Design Criteria Professional for planning, condition assessment, design, permitting, and construction services.
The contract term is four years with one firm to be selected. Individual project construction costs shall not exceed $7.75 million, and professional services fees for individual studies shall not exceed $500,000. Contract award is projected for December 2026.
Proposals must include nine originals of a Letter of Interest (10 pages maximum), GSA Form SF 330, Prime Consultant Questionnaire, subconsultant documentation, OSBD Schedules 1 and 2, and required certifications.
