The County reserves the right to extend the contract term, adjust scope, and increase the award accordingly. TSC Jacobs, Inc. is the sole authorized provider of OEM-certified parts and repair services required to maintain critical equipment and ensure regulatory compliance, system reliability, and uninterrupted operations at the County's water, reclaimed water, and wastewater facilities. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-205(2)(e) of the County's Procurement Policy as TSC Jacobs, Inc., is the sole authorized representative for all manufacturers whose equipment is already installed and standardized across the Water Resources Department's water, reclaimed water, and wastewater facilities.
