The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Wichita Falls District is requesting offers for a Video Detection System with accessories under RFO 601310000102756, with responses due August 21, 2026 at 3:00 PM Central Time. Questions are due by August 11, 2026, with TxDOT to post answers by August 13, 2026.

The scope includes three units of a Currux Vision Video Detection System comprising a dome camera, SDLC interface, NTCIP module, analog camera adapter, and 250-foot Cat-6 cable per unit. The system must meet detailed technical specifications for video capture, processing, detection algorithms, and integration with existing traffic or surveillance infrastructure, including compatibility with standard interfaces and protocols, performance benchmarks for detection accuracy and system reliability, and quality assurance and testing protocols verified prior to acceptance. Respondents must provide comprehensive compliance documentation demonstrating how the proposed system meets or exceeds technical specifications and performance capabilities. All AI functionality—proprietary or publicly available—incorporated into the proposed solution must be disclosed with detailed explanations of AI actions, outputs, Human-in-the-Loop involvement, data handling procedures, and bias mitigation measures. TxDOT reserves the right to cancel the contract without penalty if proposed AI functionality fails to comply with TxDOT's Acceptable Artificial Intelligence policy. Vendors must notify TxDOT a minimum of 45 days before implementing any changes to existing or new AI functionality.

Delivery must be made to TxDOT Wichita Falls District at 1601 Southwest Parkway FM 369, Wichita Falls, Texas 76302, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, excluding state and federal holidays. Evaluation is weighted at 50 points for approach to meeting specifications, 40 points for pricing, and 10 points for lead time. All pricing must be firm, fixed-price with F.O.B. destination including freight prepaid. The anticipated contract award date is September 11, 2026. Responses must be submitted through the Euna Procurement platform at https://txdot.bonfirehub.com/ and include an executed offer form, Texas Family Code Schedule, acknowledgment of addenda, and comprehensive assumptions and exceptions schedules. Past vendor performance will be evaluated using the Vendor Performance Tracking System; respondents with ratings below "C" or under corrective action plans may be disqualified.
