About this file
This is an Exceptions Schedule template document for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) related to Solicitation No. 601310000102756 for a Video Detection System. The document serves as a standardized form that respondents must use to formally declare any exceptions or deviations they are taking from the solicitation requirements. Respondents are required to complete all applicable fields for each exception taken, including the document name, page number, specific solicitation reference (such as paragraph, section, or line item), and proposed alternative language for review and consideration by TxDOT. The schedule contains 20 numbered rows for listing exceptions, with an option for respondents to indicate "No Exceptions Taken" by marking an X in the designated highlighted yellow box if they accept all solicitation terms without modification.
The document includes detailed purchaser instructions for preparation and submission, including requirements to protect the worksheet with a password (PROLOCK) and delete the instructions tab prior to posting with the solicitation. Respondents must ensure all exceptions are declared on this schedule and provide any additional information necessary for TxDOT's evaluation. The exceptions schedule is a mandatory component of the bidding process, requiring careful attention to detail and complete documentation of any proposed deviations from the original solicitation requirements.
