The equipment is specified for pulverizing concrete samples for XRF analysis and must include a 250ml hardened steel grinding set. All pricing must include transportation charges on an FOB destination basis with no separate tax charges, as the State is exempt from federal, state, and local taxes. Submissions must include a completed Bid Cover Page and Debarment Form, itemized quotes on company letterhead, product data sheets, and warranty information, submitted through the State of Maine's electronic procurement system (AdvantageME/Vendor Self Service).
