Bidders must submit base pricing for the complete skid-mounted unit with delivery to 10151 Florin Road, Sacramento, plus optional pricing for shop repair and parts manuals. All prices exclude sales and federal excise taxes, with NET/30 payment terms and F.O.B. Destination freight prepaid. Contractors must maintain commercial general liability insurance of at least $2 million per occurrence, automobile liability of at least $1 million per accident, and workers' compensation insurance with statutory limits.
