About this opportunity
This solicitation has been cancelled. The State of Georgia Department of Administrative Services cancelled RFP 40300-DAS0000162 for Unemployment Claims Management and Administration services on February 10, 2026, due to the need to redevelop requirements. The original solicitation, posted May 5, 2023, with a bid due date of May 23, 2023, sought unemployment claims management and administration services to monitor and exercise cost control for all State of Georgia agencies carrying potential liability for unemployment compensation payments.
Issuing Officer Osborne Johnson notified all interested suppliers that any future solicitation will require vendors to respond to new bid forms and requirements; materials submitted under the cancelled solicitation remain closed pending rebid. Vendors should monitor the Georgia Procurement Registry at https://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/gpr/ for announcement of a subsequent solicitation.
The original scope required submission of mandatory documents including response worksheets, cost worksheets, supplier responsibility questionnaires, references, and security controls worksheets through the Team Georgia Marketplace platform. An information session was held May 10, 2023, with eight attendees representing DOAS, ADecTec, Equifax, Experian, DCJ Global Management Solutions LLC, and ASC IF LLC. Addendum #1 with Questions and Answers was issued May 16, 2023.
