Site visits are required and scheduled for August 31 at 9:00 a.m. CST and September 1 at 1:00 p.m. CST; the ITB mandates on-site inspection to take exact measurements, with no allowances for errors from failure to visit. Questions are due September 4, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CST.

The scope covers routine janitorial services for approximately 9,200 square feet of office space at 200 Lowell Thomas Drive, Madison County. Deliverables include daily restroom cleaning and sanitization, floor sweeping and mopping, trash removal, weekly glass and window cleaning, monthly deep cleaning, and bi-yearly detailed window cleaning in April and October. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials, including two-ply toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, and odor-free disinfectants. Personnel must comply with OSHA regulations and demonstrate the ability to lift 25 to 50-pound loads.

Bidders must submit separate unit pricing for each of the three contract years via the State of Tennessee EDISON Supplier Portal. All pricing must be firm and fixed for the 36-month term, submitted in US dollars on an F.O.B. destination basis, and exclude state and federal excise taxes. A minimum bid expiration period of 30 days from bid closing is required; the state retains 60 days to accept. Respondents must register with the Tennessee Supplier Portal, document registration with the Tennessee Department of Revenue, and certify compliance with nondiscrimination, debarment, workers' compensation, Iran divestment, and foreign adversary attestations. The state may extend the contract for up to 180 days under the same terms. Contact: Nickki Davis, 615-781-6603, Nickki.Davis@tn.gov.
