Approved manufacturers are identified in the technical specifications documents.

The contract term commences October 1, 2026 and terminates September 30, 2029, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods and a six-month extension to allow for completion of a new solicitation. Price adjustments may be requested at least 60 days prior to each contract anniversary date, limited to the lesser of 5 percent or the change in Producer Price Index and Consumer Price Index for the relevant products during the preceding twelve calendar months.
