The contractor must maintain Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability insurance of at least $1 million, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence, and Automobile Liability Insurance of at least $500,000 per occurrence. The contractor is responsible for all materials, tools, equipment, site cleanup, and must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act, including E-Verify participation.
