San Bernardino County Department of Public Works – Special Districts is soliciting qualifications for a Master Supply and Installation Agreement for a Memorial Bench Donor Program on behalf of the County, the Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District, the Bloomington Recreation and Park District, and all Board-Governed County Service Areas and their Zones. A non-mandatory proposal conference is scheduled for November 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., and proposals are due November 23, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
Proposers must register with the County's ePro electronic procurement system before submission or face disqualification. The scope covers commercially available memorial benches, cast bronze or aluminum memorial plaques, plaque engraving, replacement plaques, and turnkey installation on an as-needed basis across parks, recreation areas, trails, and public facilities throughout San Bernardino County. The product line must accommodate mountain, desert, and urban park environments with multiple bench styles, materials, finishes, colors, and sizes.
