A bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the bid price is required at submission. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance and payment bond, proof of liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance coverage. All work must comply with local building codes and federal CDBG program regulations.
Questions are due August 19, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. A final addendum will be issued on August 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. Sealed bids in paper format must be submitted to The Neighbor Project office, Attn: Louise Ideran, 32 S. Broadway, Aurora, IL 60505.
