About this opportunity

Forsyth County, Georgia is requesting bids for tennis and pickleball court resurfacing at two county parks under ITB 26-72-5211, with bids due July 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST and public bid opening at 2:30 p.m. EST the same day.

The scope includes resurfacing two tennis courts at Matt Community Park (6555 Wallace Tatum Road, Cumming, Georgia) and six pickleball courts at Coal Mountain Park (3560 Settingdown Road, Cumming, Georgia). Work encompasses site preparation, structural crack repair (approximately 500 linear feet at Coal Mountain Park and 200 linear feet at Matt Community Park), low area and joint patching, application of three coats of acrylic color coating, striping to regulation specifications, net post preparation and painting, fence perimeter securing, and a five-year warranty on crack filler repairs. Contractors must complete half the courts at each site before servicing the remaining half to minimize program interruption. Work must be performed between August 10, 2026 and September 25, 2026, during consecutive 8-hour workdays, six days per week (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday).

Bidders must submit firm, fixed-price quotes through the EUNA procurement portal only; paper bids will not be accepted. Pricing must be valid for at least 120 calendar days from bid opening and include all costs associated with service delivery. Bidders must provide at least three references for similar projects and propose the crack filler brand to be used. No bid bonds or performance and payment bonds are required. Bidders must register with the Georgia Secretary of State, hold a valid Forsyth County business license, comply with E-Verify, and submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit and Contractor Affidavit and Agreement. A Certificate of Insurance evidencing specified coverages and limits must be provided prior to notice of intent to award. Questions are due July 13, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and award on a split, lump sum, or individual item basis.
