The contract will be awarded to a single prime contractor on a lump sum basis. Union County qualifies for sales and use tax refunds on materials becoming permanent parts of the construction; contractors must submit certified tax documentation with each payment request. The project engineer is Progressive Architecture Engineering, P.C.
