About this opportunity

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking competitive sealed bids for the procurement of Target Zero Campaign Items, which include various signage, banners, tents, and other promotional materials. The estimated total purchase amount is $100,000, and the contract will be a one-year agreement with the possibility of renewal for up to three additional years. Bids are due by October 27, 2022, at 10:00 AM local time, and the intended award will be posted on November 4, 2022. The contract will become effective on the date the successful bidder(s) receive an acceptance letter from FDOT. Pricing for the items must be firm and include delivery F.O.B. statewide. The solicitation includes details on the number of delivery locations (9), the frequency of orders (once or twice), and the artwork requirements. It also clarifies specifications for the tablecloths, die-cut bags, and tents.

The procurement is not limited to a single jurisdiction and covers the entire state of Florida, including Leon County and the city of Boca Raton. There are no set-asides or preferences indicated in the ITB, but FDOT does encourage the use of small, minority, women, and service-disabled veteran businesses. All payment(s) to the vendor(s) will be subject to a MyFloridaMarketPlace transaction fee, and the contract will be funded by state appropriations, subject to annual availability of funds. The contract is not limited to a single vendor, and FDOT may award to multiple qualified bidders.
