No specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, minority-owned businesses, or other restricted categories are identified in the available solicitation documents. The contractor must perform a minimum of 51 percent of total contract work with its own forces, with all subcontractors requiring written approval and prequalification or registration with the Georgia Department of Transportation. Liquidated damages are assessed at $500 per calendar day for schedule delays, $1,000 per calendar day for failure to reopen lanes as specified, $500 per calendar day for traffic control device maintenance failures, and $2,000 per day for failure to provide temporary driveway accessibility within 24 hours. No incumbent contractor or current service provider is identified. The bid schedule includes 16 line items with an estimated miscellaneous construction contingency of $10,000, though the total project value is not explicitly stated in the available documentation; however, if the total bid price exceeds $100,000, a Bid Bond will be required. All post-award documentation, including fully executed contracts, performance bonds, payment bonds, and certificates of insurance, must be submitted within five business days of award notification.
