Bidders are required to thoroughly review the entire solicitation and follow all instructions carefully to ensure compliance.
Participation in this procurement is restricted to contractors who have been deemed Qualified Contractors through the routine maintenance prequalification process specifically for Concrete and Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Maintenance Services. This qualification requirement serves as a set-aside designation limiting bidder eligibility to only those contractors with demonstrated expertise and prior approval from the Georgia Department of Transportation for these specialized pavement maintenance services. The solicitation document does not explicitly identify current incumbent vendors, budget ranges, or award values; however, the specific reference to the MMSA contract number suggests an existing framework agreement may govern the terms of any awarded contract. Interested contractors should review the complete solicitation documents, including Exhibit 4 which was revised prior to the posting date, to understand all technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and contractual obligations associated with this procurement opportunity.
