Bidders will be required to provide samples of the offered products for evaluation, and the state reserves the right to inspect the bidder's facilities prior to award.
The bid solicitation includes evaluation preferences for bidders registered as Small Business Enterprises and/or Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses with the New Jersey Department of the Treasury Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services. The base term of the contracts will be 3 years, with options to extend up to an additional 3 years.
