Contractors must comply with all federal, state, and local permits, Build America Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, and must register with E-Verify prior to contract execution.

Substantial completion is required within 1,400 calendar days from NTP 1, with final completion within sixty days thereafter. Pricing is firm, fixed-price, FOB Destination for all deliveries within Brevard County, with prices remaining firm for ninety days from bid opening.
