Student Mental Health and Wellness Program

The St. Petersburg College (SPC) Student Mental Health and Wellness Program (MHWP) in Florida has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to learn more about mental health service providers that can help improve its current student mental health platform. The primary goal of the MHWP is to assist students in overcoming barriers to success and identifying how healthy life choices can support their career and academic goals. SPC currently offers tele-mental health counseling, in-person urgent care, and critical incident stress management services, but wants to understand the market and expand the support it can provide to students. The RFI is posted on BidNet Direct under NIGP Category Codes 91867, 94876, and 94877, and interested firms must obtain the bid packet from BidNet Direct. The RFI does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or contract amounts. It focuses on gathering information to help SPC grow its student mental health and wellness program and the support it can provide to students.

The RFI does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. It also does not list any incumbent vendors or current contractors, nor does it provide any information on existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. Additionally, the RFI does not include any possible award values or budget ranges.
