About this opportunity
The State of Missouri has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) numbered RFPT30034901700770 for Statewide Project-Based Information Technology Consulting Services, targeting various state agencies across Clark County and Jefferson City. The procurement seeks vendors to provide comprehensive IT consulting services with a contract period of two years from the date of award. Key project components include developing a Compliance Monitoring tool, conducting Professional Registration Online Renewal Analysis, and executing a School Finance Rewrite. The solicitation includes multiple detailed attachments such as process flows, inspection checklists, specifications templates, and requirements documentation covering various technical aspects of these projects. The RFP requires vendors to submit quarterly administrative fee reports and usage reports, with payment terms set at Net 45 Days and delivery terms of Free On Board Destination. The procurement timeline began on April 27, 2017, with multiple addenda extending the final submission deadline to June 8, 2017, at 3:00 PM CDT. A pre-proposal conference was held on April 25, 2017, and interested vendors were required to either submit hard copies or electronically respond through the MissouriBUYS system.
The RFP does not specify any explicit set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or restrictions on respondent types. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are mentioned in the documentation. The solicitation does not provide an estimated total contract value or specific budget ranges for the IT consulting services. The procurement appears open to all qualified IT consulting firms capable of delivering the specified project components, with no apparent limitations based on company size, location, or classification. Potential respondents must demonstrate technical expertise in compliance monitoring, professional registration system development, and educational finance system redesign. The contract will serve multiple Missouri state agencies on a project-based, as-needed basis, suggesting flexibility in engagement and potential scope. While detailed pricing structures are not explicitly outlined, vendors will be expected to provide competitive rates and comply with the quarterly administrative fee and usage reporting requirements specified in the solicitation.
