Eastern Time. The County seeks experienced and qualified contractors with proven and documented track records to provide new sporting scoreboard systems, including delivery and installation, for various County locations over a two-year contract period with an estimated project value of $442,095.00. The procurement encompasses multiple scoreboard models and configurations, specifically including the NEVCO Baseball Model 1610 (10 feet long by 4 feet high), NEVCO Multisports Model 3602 (12 feet long by 5 feet high), and associated MPCX2 wireless control systems for baseball, football, and soccer applications. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the County reserving the right to award by line item, group, or overall total bid price as deemed in its best interest.

No set-aside designations or restrictions limiting bidder eligibility to disadvantaged or minority-owned enterprises are indicated in the procurement documents; however, all bidders must comply with Florida's drug-free workplace requirements under Florida Statute 287.087 and must undergo Level II background screening per Florida Statutes Chapter 435.04. Best rated A- Class 7 or better insurers authorized in Florida and naming Hillsborough County as additional insured. Bidders must complete and submit a Substitute W-9 Form for tax identification purposes, a Drug-Free Workplace Certification Form, and a Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to contract commencement. No incumbent vendors or existing infrastructure requirements are specified, and no bid, performance, or payment surety bonds are required. The County does not guarantee minimum purchases and reserves the right to modify delivery locations throughout the two-year contract period.
