The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Florida Forest Service is soliciting competitive bids for SoundOff Signal brand emergency vehicle equipment with sealed bids due October 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and public bid opening on October 14, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. A Florida-based business preference equal to 5 percent applies if the lowest bid is from an out-of-state vendor whose state does not grant reciprocal preference. All items must be delivered to the Florida Forest Service Suwannee Forestry Center in Lake City no later than November 30, 2026. Bid pricing must be firm, fixed, and inclusive of all packaging, handling, shipping, and delivery charges, and must remain firm for the 12-month period following award.
