About this opportunity

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide planning, program awareness services, and technical assistance to support the management and promotion of the Regional Commuter Assistance Program within the 12-county District One region. The contract term is anticipated to begin in February 2023 and be effective through January 2025, with options to renew for up to 3 additional years. Proposals are due by January 10, 2023, and a public opening for the technical proposals will be held on the same day, followed by a public opening for the price proposals on January 30, 2023. The total funding currently available for this contract is $450,000, and compensation will be based on a lump sum, limiting amount, or combination of the two, as specified in individual task work orders.

FDOT encourages small, minority, women, and service-disabled veteran businesses to participate. The vendor will be required to comply with FDOT's Commuter Assistance Program Procedure and provide annual work plans, reports, and program evaluations. No pre-proposal conference is scheduled, and there are no listed incumbent vendors or current contractors. The successful vendor will be required to integrate with the existing infrastructure and technology of the Commute Connector program.
