The scope covers restoration of four fiberglass waterslides (McDonald Open Flume Slide, Family Ramp Slide, and two Drop Slides) and associated steel support structures. Work includes fiberglass inspection and advanced repairs, interior slide cleaning, polishing, waxing, exterior fiberglass coating, steel structure cleaning, corrosion treatment, priming and finish coating, containment, and final operational testing with warranty documentation. Contractors must provide a detailed project schedule, materials and coatings specifications, three references demonstrating similar project experience within the past five years, and a minimum one-year warranty for workmanship.

Minimum insurance requirements include $1 million general liability per occurrence, $1 million automobile liability, statutory workers' compensation, and $1 million professional liability, with Shawnee County named as an additional insured. Payment is made via ACH transfer within 30 days of invoice submission, excluding federal excise taxes and Kansas sales taxes.
