About this opportunity
Allen Metropolitan Housing Authority in Lima, Ohio is requesting bids for single-family home rehabilitation services at 631 S. This is a firm-fixed-fee contract with all costs inclusive of labor, materials, overhead, profit, licensing, and insurance. Bidders submitting a proposed fee exceeding $50,000 must furnish a bid bond at 10 percent of the bid price.
