No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the solicitation documents, and no integration with existing infrastructure or technology systems is required beyond placement on the existing concrete pad. The specific contract award value or budget range is not disclosed in the solicitation documents; however, bid pricing shall be evaluated at maximum escalation if price escalation provisions include a ceiling, and bids containing price escalation without a ceiling will be rejected unless the County determines a clear basis for comparative evaluation exists.
