About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking bids for SetCom MOCS II microphones and bases, with bids due June 5, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest responsive bid meeting all specification requirements; all required solicitation documents must be fully completed, signed, and submitted to be considered responsive, with failure to comply resulting in disqualification.

Bonfire registration is mandatory for bid submission. The procurement emphasizes strict bid responsiveness: vendors must accurately complete all forms, provide all signatures and dates, include all supporting documentation as specified, and ensure compliance with DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which are available in the supporting documentation section. The specification document (Exhibit I) establishes the technical and operational requirements that must be met; the attached Schedule document outlines additional specifications and requirements for qualified vendors.

Delivery timelines and rates are essential to the order. Seller failure to deliver at the time and rate specified constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination by the Authority. Payment terms are Net 30; invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and must include the purchase order number, item number, and detailed descriptions of supplies or services provided.

The source does not disclose contract value, incumbent contractor, quantities, delivery schedules, or detailed evaluation criteria beyond the lowest responsive bid standard.
