About this file
This is a Specification document for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), a Texas-based public transportation authority, detailing requirements for the procurement of SetCom MOCS II Microphones and Bases. The specification establishes the technical and operational requirements that bidding vendors must meet to be considered responsive. DART will award the contract to the lowest responsive bid that fully complies with all specification requirements and submission instructions. All bidders must complete and submit required solicitation documents accurately, including proper signatures, dates, and acknowledgments, along with all supporting documentation as specified in the solicitation. Failure to comply with these bid responsiveness requirements will result in disqualification from consideration.
The procurement requires vendors to register on the Bonfire platform to submit bids. All purchase orders issued are subject to DART's standard Terms and Conditions, with delivery timelines being essential to the contract; the seller's failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and must include the purchase order number, item number, and detailed descriptions of supplies or services provided. This solicitation emphasizes strict compliance with all procedural requirements as a condition of bid responsiveness and contract award eligibility.
