Segenda Convocatoria servicios hoteleres Departamento de Cochabamba

This source describes a hotel services solicitation issued by IPAS Bolivia for the Cochabamba Department in Bolivia, with proposals due August 10, 2026. The issuing body, procurement jurisdiction, and scope are located entirely outside the United States. The source header falsely identifies the state as "North Carolina," a metadata error; the actual issuing geography is Cochabamba, Bolivia.

Because this procurement is neither a U.S. state, county, municipality, school district, transit authority, nor other U.S. state or local public body, it falls outside the scope of state and local procurement analysis as defined for this analytical framework. The audience for this service — business development professionals pursuing contracts with U.S. state agencies, county governments, municipalities, school districts, transit authorities, and other U.S. state or local public bodies — will not engage with Bolivian institutional procurement.

I do not summarize this opportunity.
