About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) in Dallas County, Texas, is soliciting bids for Seal Kit, Item 2097697, through a purchase order procurement process. The deadline for submission is February 13, 2026, with registration in the BONFIRE system required to access complete project details and the bidding table. The procurement requires vendors to provide a seal kit meeting DART's specifications, with all bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price. Delivery terms are critical to this procurement, as timely and reliable delivery at the specified rate is essential to the order, and failure to meet delivery schedules may result in rejection and default termination by the Authority. Vendors must warrant that supplies are of merchantable quality, suitable for intended use, and fully compliant with all product descriptions and specifications referenced in the purchase order. Payment will be made on a Net 30 basis, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org containing the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The contract is governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County, and sellers must certify compliance with anti-terrorism and anti-boycott provisions, including non-boycott of Israel.

The procurement documentation does not specify set-aside designations, restrictions on organization types, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or incumbent vendor information. No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the available materials. The contract terms reserve DART's right to terminate the order for default or for convenience at the Authority's discretion, and the Contracting Officer is authorized to make written changes that may warrant equitable adjustments to contract price or delivery schedule, provided claims for adjustments are asserted within 30 days of change receipt. Prospective bidders should review the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document available in the Supporting Documentation section to ensure full understanding of all contractual obligations and requirements before submission.
