The State will evaluate proposals on cost, experience and reliability, expertise of personnel, and method of performance. Proposals must be submitted on a standardized price sheet; multiple cost proposals are permitted with all service-related costs included in each. Offeror questions are due September 25, 2026, with responses by October 1, 2026. Award is anticipated October 31, 2026.
