The total project budget is $629,475, comprised of a $499,149 award from the Los Angeles County Regional Parks and Open Space District Competitive Grant Program (Measure A) and a City cash match of $130,326, including a 5% contingency. The project is federally funded and subject to California prevailing wage requirements under Labor Code sections 1770 et seq. Contractors must comply with the City of Santa Monica Living Wage Ordinance, which mandates a minimum wage of $25.00 per hour for awards exceeding $54,200.
