The contractor must provide a project schedule in Critical Path Method format, furnish 100% performance and payment bonds within 15 days of notice of award, maintain required insurance, and submit 3–5 similar project references for major disciplines completed within the last three years and a resume of the assigned project superintendent with at least two comparable project references. Bid security must equal 10% of the maximum bid price as a certified check, bank money order, or bid bond. Questions are due September 11, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., with a final addendum issued by September 15. All bids remain open for acceptance for 30 days after opening. No pre-bid conference is scheduled.
