About this opportunity
Tulsa County Procurement Department is requesting sealed bids for safety supplies to serve all Tulsa County departments and related agencies under an ITB, with bids due June 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST and questions due June 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST.
The scope comprises multiple line items on a bid form available through the Tulsa County Vendor Portal; the solicitation does not specify quantities. Military specification sheets are required for all glove offerings, and exam gloves must comply with FDA rules banning powdered gloves. Vendors must offer one price and one item per line item and may not propose brand-name equivalents without submitting complete descriptive literature and specifications explaining differences from referenced items — equivalency determinations are made solely by Tulsa County. Vendors must demonstrate ability to deliver in-stock items within two to three business days of order placement and are responsible for daily local deliveries to Tulsa County locations. Minimum order requirements may result in disqualification.
The contract period is one year beginning upon award, with optional renewals for additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. Pricing must be firm fixed price with all packaging, shipping, handling, freight, and delivery charges prepaid and included in quoted prices. Sales tax and federal excise taxes are excluded from pricing, as Tulsa County is exempt. Bids must remain firm for a minimum of 45 days from the closing date. No insurance is required.
Sealed bids are submitted to the Office of the County Clerk. Vendor names will be announced publicly on June 29, 2026 at 9:30 AM CST during a regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting; pricing will be published via tabulation on the Vendor Portal rather than read aloud. Bid submissions must include a notarized Affidavit for Filing with Competitive Bid, a Conflict of Interest Affidavit, a W-9 Form, and signed acknowledgment of any addenda.
