The scope covers roadside vegetation clearing, thinning, pruning, yarding, forwarding, decking, and slash piling across approximately six acres in Fremont County (T30N–T32N, R100W–R101W) to create defensible space and reduce fuel accumulation. Site signage, pre-work notification to the Project Administrator, and compliance with fire danger rating operational requirements are mandatory.
Bids must be submitted on a lump-sum basis through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Payment is made upon completion of project units and invoice submission; fifty percent payment may be invoiced upon completion and acceptance of at least fifty percent of project acres. Bidders must notify Stefan Petersen by August 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to attend the mandatory pre-bid site tour at the Louis Lake parking lot.
