The Authority is exempt from New Jersey sales and use taxes, and the contractor bears sole responsibility for those taxes.
Questions closed at 12:00 p.m. on October 19, 2026, submitted in writing to Judith McCrone at jmccrone@mcua.com. The Authority will respond no later than seven days before bid submission.
